I have a credit due to me of a R1000 I called the call centre 1 November and was told that all will be sorted as the supervisor made a note, a debit went off @ the end of November again, i called the call centre (808) on Sat 30 Nov and the agent that helped me said that she would send a mail to supervisor (Lebo) to call me as they only work between 9-2 on a Sat, i called in @ 8:30 and the morning and was promised that this issue will be resolved. I have not received a call as yet and still waiting for feedback

This is very poor service and copy customers on mails as well.
