After having so much problem and bad service from call centre consultants I requested to speak to Supervisor, whom I spoke to Kelvin Choudree whom didn't bother to call me and give me feedback sort out my issue. I then called again and requested to speak to another supervisor and spoke to Grant Makhathini, he was exceptional and efficient, apologize for the inconvenience caused on their side and sorted our my debit order to be on the correct date, called me for feedback and emailed me to follow up on documents I needed to send to him. It was really a pleasure speaking to a person whom was so passionate, understand and who allowed me to vent my frustrations. I really appreciate your exceptional service Grant, your efforts really go unnoticed *happy*
