I upgraded my phone and the next month my account was more than double what it had been with my previous phone. I went to a MTN store in Amanzimtoti where the lady said she would log a call. I then followed up on the 29th of November. Paul Mthembu took the call and said that he can see that there was a request sent through but nothing had been logged so he logged the query on the 29th of November. I never recieved any feedback so i followed up again on the 9th of December when I was told there is a waiting period for queries and there is a backlog so its going to take even longer. I then called again on the 17th, 18th - twice, 19th - twice, 20th and the 21st. When I called from the 17th I asked to be put through to a supervisor which never happened. Then I was promised that a supervisor would call me back which never happened, and I was promised by 2 call centre agent that they would personally call me back by 12:00 that day, it never happened. I called now again this morning to be told its with the billing department and unfortunately there is no feedback yet and she is not sure if they are in today so she doesn't know what to do. I am so frustrated I don't what to do!!!
