CALL CENTRE AGENT PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME!!!

So I have had a contract with ADT for some time now, and my contract is nearing the end on the 17 of November and, I would not like to proceed with this contract at all. Since day one there has been a fault reported on our alarm system and ADT have not helped sort this out. That however is not the problem.

I was told some months ago by a call centre agent that if i wish to cancel i need to give 1 months written notice before the contract expires. They gave me the email address to mail it to and so i did this on exactly the 17th of October, 1 months notice from the 17 November. This morning i phoned to confirm my contract cancellation, and the call centre agent by the name of Neil told me which agent did i speak to beacause i can not give one months notice like that i have to give one months notice from the 17 November. BULLLSHI... t.
I have a copy of the signed contract, and i want your alarm out of my house immediately. I will never ever deal with adt again, and he called me a, and when i said can i forward the mail he threw down the phone.

WELL DONE ADT< lets employ all the people that chase away customers. I will be sure NOT tor refer any one to you.
