Is this how you treat ALL your "VALUED CUSTOMERS"

August 2013. I did an upgrade on my contract as it was due.
I used your ONLINE facility & upgraded from BB to I-Phone, keeping my same no. I have had this no. for over 15 years. When Vodacom introduced their website where customers would be able to access their accounts. I registered. Never had any problems logging on or accessing my account. UNTIL the upgrade happened. I logged a query regarding this matter for the first time on the 11th Sept. Along with a dispute as my account went from to R600 in August to R1400 in Sept. I have struggled ever since.
When a query is logged. Vodacom promise that someone will get back to you within 24hrs.
When a dispute is logged. They say it takes working 14 Days.
So after 2 days no word. I enquired. Only to be told the matters had been closed... NOT RESOLVED just CLOSED... Reasons no one could answer me. NOW... Please explain... HOW U CLOSED A MATTER THAT HAS NOT BEEN RECTIFIED...?? And no COMMUNICATION with your 'VALUED CUSTOMER'???
The disputes I logged... ALSO NO ANSWER!!! Getting no joy from the DATA & Customer Care - I go to a WALK IN CENTRE... The first problem I am paying a no. that does NOT even belong to me. NOT DONE WITH MY STORY
