I have bought a 10GB mobile data package which I have payed twice in the past 2 weeks. I am still not able to connect to the internet!!! I sent a email to their support team asking them to help me. The feedback I got from them is that the problem is not on their side and that I should contact my service provider which is MTN to find out if my number is linked to a contract. I then sent them another email where I explained to them that it is indeed a contract line. They then took 2 days to reply saying that it has been fixed. Up until today I am still not able to connect. Their support and customer care team is useless. They expect me to pay so I expect of them to sort out the problem. I am so tired if being told that they sorted out the problem when they in actual fact didn't do anything!!!
