I am absolutely disgusted in the Service received from MTN. My contract ended May 2013. I have not received any notification from MTN that i am due for an upgrade / cancellation. I then go into a store to cancel and i was informed that I can only cancel this %$%& contract at Standard Bank or over the phone. I call the number and request the cancellation forms. DAYS later I had to send another 2 emails to [Email Removed] I queried my reimbursement over the phone and via email since the 11 October and to date have not received a response. Saturday I got debited AGAIN.

Now, my complaint is the fact that my debit amount remained the same even though my 24 months is over and I own the handset. [Email Removed] should be deleted from the Server as the managing that mailbox are either not skilled enough to click reply and answer a person, or they just blatantly ignore customers.

Please advise what I need to do to get my money back for the past 5 months of being debited for a handset I already own??? I would like a response and I will investigate what further steps I can take against these MTN thugs!!!
