I called Vodacom at the beggining of April2013 to cancel a contract I was informed that it was cancelled and I requested proof of cancellation via email, to this day I have not received an email I then called again in the middle of April and was advised that the contract is cancelled effective 30.04.2013, and today I received notifaction from my bank that they have debited my account again I demand proof of cancellation and a refund
