No One taking the responsibility of the damage

I signed HP laptop with data bundle contract (R685pm, R24660 for 36months) with Vodacom in Picbel Parkade branch in cape town on 07/06/2011 after 4months unit started giving the problems like: Webcam, mic, sounds, over heat which is being reproted to the vodacom and i got told that Vodacom is not responsible for repairs and diverted to LetMeRepair and LetMeRepair fail to repair the unit, and decided to replace the unit, the new unit delivered after 15days time and we started using the new unit until start of 11/2013 and we started having the similar problem like previous unit Over heat and sounds when we run any application which reported to LetMerepair 3weeks ago first time and failed to do it asked to send the unit to their office which sent, after 1week we got received the unit with more problems and again i sent back to LetMerepair with proof of problems, finally i received my unit yesterday 02/12/13 with more problems that i cannot use laptop for 5minutes the unit restarts every 5minutes saying " check the new hardware or software not installed properly" no one wants to take responsible on this matter, i also contacted HP got reply not responsible with contract units.
