In August 2013, I was wrongfully charged for fees that I did not contractually agree to.

After contacting MTN to request them to prove the existence of the charges in my contract, I was told that they would procure my contract and resolve the matter within 5 working days.

This communication took place over two weeks with 8 emails to 4 different help desk assistants.
At this time, 3 months and approximately 65 working days later, I still have no contract.

As a result, I reversed any debit order they had on my account.
This led to them threatening me with legal action and cancelling my contract; leading to more fees. In the email they sent, they requested that I respond with any queries. I have done so (on 19 Nov 2013) and as yet have had no response). This means that I have paid to avoid blacklisting.

In short, they do not help, they do not care and they will charge you every possible cent for something that is their fault. It's either they win or you get.
I am sick of them acting like we should beg for service. I pay a contract and have done so for 10 years. If I had the resources I would take every action possible to make sure they pay for stupid actions like this.
