ADT - in it for the contract fees ONLY!

Despite NUMEROUS complaints and attempts to get my ADT contract sorted (I've even written a previous report on Hellopeter that I can't find) I have still not had the decency of a reply from ADT! I activated a contract with ADT and after about 4 months, moved out of the premises due to the crime rate (I got broken into 3 times in four months!) First I tried to get ADT to just deactivate the alarm, with me still paying the monthly fees, then I tried to get them to remove it completely, with me STILL paying the monthly fees! Since Sep2012 I have tried OVER and OVER to get a response from them! What really fascinates me is that in the meantime, the contract is still running (and other tenants have the benefit of an alarm system that's in my name!) but not only that, ADT has had the audacity to change the phone number on the contract (I can clearly see it on the call out reports) without any checking of contractual information? I have had it with ADT, and this is a final warning to them to get that contract off my name within the next 7 days, or I WILL take legal action!! and a word of warning ADT, contact me via EMAIL as NO PHONE COMMUNICATION will be accepted!
