Still being billed and don't have a contract

I lodged a complaint on 1 August about Autopage first of all not cancelling my contract and then after cancelling the contract still billing me. I have just received another bill for R495 for the month of August. I have reversed the previous two charges as I was not supposed to be on contract and now I have to wait for another debit order to cancel.

Comeon Autopage, I cannot keep paying you contract fees which I don't even have. I have ported away from you and have been using the new service provider for two months already. How can you still bill me if I don't even have use of your services.

You told me that you will get back to me on my previous complaint, but I'm still waiting for someone to contact me. What's happening? SORT IT OUT for pete sake.
