Legal action after a contract has been cancelled!

I cancelled my Mobile U contract over 6 months ago and went over to pre paid. Every month I received an SMS to state that I was in breach of my contract and after 3 month of following it up and being advise that it was an error on their side, I ignored it. Now I receive a threatening SMS that they will take legal action against me. After they agreed to cancel the contract because they could not upgrade my handset! Perhaps I should take legal action and lay a civil charge of harassment against them! To add insult to injurym, when I attempt to call their call centre, I am onl hold for over 7 minutes!
