Please follow up on my previous report. I was promised by the senior consultant twice to have the proposal for a solution to the issue emailed to me so that i could decide whether the proposal was appropriate or not.
I have noticed inaccurate credits on my prepaid option on 1.12.2013. The stop payment on my account will remain in force until issue is corrected.
