Issue started on 23 Oct, i was directed to cancellations to have my 120min offpeak contract cancelled and changed to vodago prepaid. I was convinced by the consultant to migrate to a topupR135, 100mg data contract instead.later the same day i called and been directed to cancellations and spoke to a different consultant. I told him i was not interested with the topup contract anymore and that the existing 120 offpeak should still run its course until end of Nov n thereafter switch to vodago prepaid as initially intended. I was told that it was already in process which had to be reversed first which could not have been done immediately. At this stage i did not foresee any problems, i called a few days later to confirm everything was sorted. Obviously not, even though i was assured by all the consultants on 28/10 that the topup was reversed and the existing contract will change to prepaid as of 1 Dec. i was furious when the topup became effective as of 1 Nov which cancelled all my accumulated free minutes. On 4/11 i carried out my threat to cancel my vodacom debit order. I consider Vodacom are in breach and refuse to do business with them anymore which affects all existing contracts with them
