Still waiting for my issue to be resolved

I am very disappointed in Vodacom for still not resolving my issue I had. I have still not received a proper response of what will be done about my phone being damaged by Vodacom when I sent it in for repairs. They still keep telling me the same thing and still tell my me that Vodacom will not take responsibility for the damages. I was told they will email in regards to the matter. Have not received any email. I also emailed Rashieda from support who was the one who told me someone will get in contact with.

The worst service ever. I still don't know if I can get my phone back, broken or fixed. No solution has been provided.

I would rather just want to cancel my Vodacom contract now. I was willing to pay for any repairs needed that was not my fault but now, I really just want to go somewhere else.

I want a solution and soon, before Vodacom gives me another bull story of how it's my problem not theirs.
