Cancellation of 8Ta contract

I have on numerous occasions contacted various branches and staff at Telkom to have my 8Ta contract, which expired in September 2013, cancelled, without success.
The debit order is still being deducted off my account and I noticed some months it was taken off twice!! Contract was cancelled within the Walmer Park branch on the 20th June 2013, well in advance.
I have no signal where I am staying and for 2 years I have paid my contract without fail. Who can assist me in cancelling this contract and refund me my money which they owe me??
