No Collection of Faulty phone delivered

I ordered a phone via Vodacom direct. The phone was delivered around the 21 November. I activated the card that. the signal worked after a few hours and i thought that everything was ok. Later there was no signal. in short, i suffered for the next day trying to trouble shoot via the call centers. they told me to place the sim card in another shone, i did this and the signal was fine. it was deduced that the phone was faulty. the call center said that they will arrange for the couriers to pic it up. Till to day, 16 days later, i am still waiting for the phone to be replaced. I have spent a long tome waiting and holding on trying to resolve this issue.
