No service, but wont cancel my contract

I phoned before the end of April to cancel my contract.

I was told when I took the contract out almost two years ago that if there was no reception I could cancel my contract with no cancellation fees.
(A red headed man at Walmer Park branch assisted me, unfortunately I can't recall his name.)

I have had slow speeds for months now, and recently complained - and have had no help resolving it.

These are not the speeds promised, they are not even usable.

I refuse to pay another cent. I don't want to be charged for May as the speeds are too slow, and I have had to make alternative arrangements that I must now pay for.

I have exhausted all methods of communication trying to get it cancelled and spent a further 15 minutes (paid for by me obviously) trying to cancel it. The person assisting me could not even get hold of the person at the cancellation dept to find out if it would be cancelled accordingly.

So again... I am waiting for feedback...

I just want my contract cancelled. Effective immediately.
