I have been a faithful MTN subscriber until a month ago January 2013. I had two MTN contracts A3807152 (0838964129) and A4012685 (083 387 1559) which were expiring end in January. on 7th of January i called mtn and gave notice that i was not interested in upgrafing the contracts. I agent i spoke to advised me to put it all in writing and email it to [Email Removed] which i did but got no prosponse. To my amazement on the 20th of January i got the usual contract airtime and data. As soon as i noticed this i called in and advised MTN to cancel my contract again but i was advised to use all the airtime before i could the coverted to prepaid. Littile did i know that i would get billed for it. I did as advised and used the airtime then called in again only to be told that the invoice raised could only be reversed only if i had not used the contract airtime. I had not used the contract airtime on A4012685 (083 387 1559) which i requested again to be converted to prepaid but to my suprise i was invoiced for services i denied to accept. These services were forced on me. Someone please assist... im tired of calling the 808.
