I was given a phone on the 21/11/13 without a simcard. I called on the 26/11/13 and spoke to Nomonde Thenda. She advised that there was a mistake and she has put the order through for my simcard. This didn't take place as it was only placed today. The service that I am receiving is pathetic. I am regretting taking this contract with CELL C.
