Contract not cancelled upon request

I had 2 contracts with vodacom, I of which I renewewed
In December 2011 and 1 was suppose to be cancelled
Last year april. I called their call centre terminate the contract and was told that
He did cancel. Later on in september I was being billed for the
Cancelled contract, I called 2 query it because they were debiting My account twice. The
Stopped my current contract and debit order for R300 a month and thereafter kept calling them, I sent
Through bank statements their agents said that I was
Being charged for 2 contracts. I was then told that at
I did not cancel the contract and only put a soft lock.
I then requested for recording of the call which they then
Told me that I should specify which branch can the forward it to,
Because they could not email me the recording,
I advised them 2 forward it 2 the west street branch. A
Few weeks later received an email stating that they don't have the recording.
They have now billed me 4 R4200.00 and tarnished my name on ITC. I do have all the
Emails saved. I Was told that they will sort it out. I kept calling them and nothing has been sorted 2 date.
