I registered a complaint on Hellopeter about mtn on the 09/12/2012 and my query was closed of by Wenzile Masina with a ref number REQ:1521875. She said someone will call me, i then registered another complaint as no one called me and was advised that somone had called me. to date no one has called me and it is well over a month. My contract expired and mtn billed me. I requested that they cancel my contract and move me to prepaid and was told by a very rude consultant that i must use my airtime of R259 so they can cancel my contract as i will lose it once it is cancelled, i then requested to speak to another consultant as this one was rude and the one he put me through was even worse. she didnt have proper telephone manners and answered the phone saying "Hello" only, eventually after speaking to them and giving up because they are useless and cannot understand what i am saying i requested a manager to call me, again she said the manager will call whenever he gets a chance, i asked for a call before close of business today and still didnt get a call. i have 4 contracts with mtn and i am fed up with their lack of competence, rude agents and rougish behaviour. Still no call from manager! ~!
