I have 3 contracts with MTN. In their favour, they cancelled one of these contracts, due to network problems that couldn't be fixed, as I ported my number from Vodacom. Thanks for doing this, although it took me months & 10 calls to get it done.

This same contract got MB data for free when I started the contract. I asked them if it was for free, they told me for a specific period, thereafter, IF I DON'T TELL THEM, then they will bill me for it. The time came and I got an sms, which made me think it was regarding this, so I called and asked if I was going to be billed for it and the lady said: No. The next month I got billed for it. I then called in & asked for it to be removed. One month later, I got billed again. 1. I needed to call in and waste my time. 2. It still couldn't be removed after I asked for it to be removed.

I am not happy that they are debiting my bank account as they please and if I dare put a stop on the debit order, I will have a negative scoring against my record. Either way, I am stuffed!
I want all my contracts to be cancelled without penalties, because I don't wont to deal with them anymore.
