Giganite 200 wrong information

I purchased a GIGANITE 200 package in January and was informed by CNA and Cell C that off-peak data starts at 8 PM. The same information was given again with query 3062200500, the lady confirmed that of peak data starts at 8 pm. There should be a recording. On the second caal to the call Centre I was told that off-peak data starts at 12 pm and not 8 pm. I was told by a Cell C rep that I needed to go into CNA and speak to them regarding the claim and while there call cell C customer care so that if they do not understand a Cell c rep could assist, which I did. Arriving at CNA Lochlogan I spoke to someone there and was told they could not help me even though they also gave me the wrong information. I then called Cell C customer service which then told me that there was no need for me to be at CNA, Cell C could Help. I got the SMS two days ago stating that my data was correctly charged but this is not the issue. I do not want to be unfair, but I feel that I was wrongfully informed about the product before I purchased and again with query 30622200500.
Could the peak data that was used after 8 be allocated/subtracted from the off-peak data to the daily limit please.
