On the 28th May 2013 I upgraded my contract with Cell C from a Blackberry All Week 100 Contract - including Unlimited Free Data
to the Samsung Galaxy S4 Straight Up 100 with 1GB Free Data pm

I downloaded around 8 apps from google play store. I have never in my life or will ever stream videos or download music
Total usage came to 446MB - well within the Free 1GB Data
I was Charged R900 for Data - 28 May to 31 May

I was told that on the New Straight Up 100 Contract downloads were Free in the 1GB of Free Data
When I did the Upgrade I asked for the Upgrade to be activated immediately
but the lady on the Phone at Cell C Direct said she will only activate it on the 28th July Not immediately

Because downloads are free on the New Contract of 1GB Free Data
If the lady at Cell C direct had done as I had requested and activated the upgrade immediately - I would not have paid for those app downloads
The Lady at Cell C Direct gave me completely incorrect information thereby causing the extra charge
This needs to be Refunded / Rectified Immediately
