I have two Samsung Galaxy S4's on contract with Autopage Cellular. Upon signing, I was informed of a limit of R411.00 which I cannot exceed, yet every month my bill is in excess of R1000.00, even though I have had limits put in place.

I have complained to Autopage directly, repeatedly, but the promises to escalate the complaint and return my call never materialise.

On one of these calls (at extra cost to me) I was given a direct number of a manager named Kenneth who I dealt with once, but since then the number is out of service.

Considering the timeous and reliable manner that my account is paid, it saddens me that the service delivered is of such a shocking standard.

To date, still no correspondence from Autopage regarding the billing errors or the fact that the second S4 is faulty...

A call was placed this morning, and at first a agent named Patience told us there was no manager available to speak to us, after which we we spoken to by Imtiaz-TM 4088, who promised us a response in 24 hours. I have been promised a response regarding previous escalated complaints which did not happen, so I am not holding my breath.
