REPEATED PROMISES MADE BUT NO ACTION; I HAD A 24 MONTH CELLULAR CONTRACT WITH AUTOPAGE CELLULAR THAT ENDED AROUND OCTOBER 2012 - WHEN THE CONTRACT EXPIRES AUTOPAGE GO OUT THEIR WAY TO MAKE IT AS DIFFICULT AS THEY CAN FOR YOU TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT AND THEN CONTINUE TO BILL YOU EVEN IF YOU MANAGE TO CANCEL IT. WHEN THE CONTRACT EXPIRED I PHONED AUTOPAGE TO TELL THEM THAT I DO NOT WISH TO RENEW AND TO CANCEL IMMEDIATELY.. I WAS SENT TO THE RICHARDS BAY BRANCH TO CANCEL - AT THE BRANCH THEY TOLD ME TO PHONE HQ - NO LUCK - THE SECOND TIME THE COMPUTERS WERE OFF BUT THEY PROMISED TO DO IT - EVENTUALLY AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS I MANAGED TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT ON 9 NOVEMBER.
AUTOPAGE HOWEVER CONTINUED TO DEDUCT THE FULL PAYMENT BY DEBIT ORDER FROM M Y ACCOUNT UNTIL THE END OF DECEMBER - THE SIM CARD WAS LOCKED OUT AND COULD NOT BE USED, BUT STILL I AM CHARGED.
I NOW RECEIVE A MONTHLY ACCOUNT WITH A CREDIT BALANCE - I HAVE NOW PHONED MORE THAN FIVE TIMES FOR AUTOPAGE TO REFUND ME - THEY KEEP SAYING ACCOUNTS WILL DO IT BUT NOTHING HAPPENS - .
