I ordered an ADSL package (line, uncapped data wi-fi router) from Telkom on 14 October 2013. It is now 1 December 2013 and my line has still not been installed. Every time I call there is an excuse. "A problem at the exchange box" has been thrown at me too many times to remember. Why couldn't it be fixed the first time? Surely it isn't that complicated. Then there was an issue with my number (also on more than one occasion). Its as if Telkom doesn't care whether or not they keep customers happy. And why should they? There is nobody else to turn to... and they know it. This stinking attitude is exactly why their customers "hate" them as they themselves put it in a news24 article a few weeks back. 6 Weeks I have been waiting Telkom. 6 Weeks. And don't throw the "there is no infrastructure" excuse at me again either. The infrastructure is there, for my entire complex. Your call operators seem to have a standard list of excuses to throw at disgruntled customers.

And to make things worse, Telkom's December close is coming up. I guess I will never get my line.

I am tired of waiting and accepting your feeble excuses. Fix your attitude and deliver.
