Autopage wont port my number to Vodacom

I have been trying for days to port my number directly to Vodacom where all my other lines are. Autopage is making it impossible. I have spoken to their call centre on numerous occasions, Vodacom SP has gone to speak to them directly at their Vodaworld shop, and we just keep getting an error when Vodacom SP tries to make the port happen on the MNP system. The error is always the same, Autopage maintain Vodacom is trying to enter my account as a "prepaid account" -- when all Voda SP is doing is listing my very complicated Autopage account number? I myself have checked and double checked this against my last invoice and also checked with Autopage customer care. I have written to the support email address at Autopage with NO answer at all. Voda SP has now given up trying which is nonsense. It is my right as a consumer to port my number. it should be Autopage's duty to make this happen.
