My wife cellular contract was coming to an end, she was told cancel a month in advance so she did and told them she wanted her number back on pre paid. Autopage first tries to charge her extra on her last debit Autopage also deactivates her entire account. Sim no longer works. She has been calling repeatedly since Sunday receiving promises upon promises. It's now Wednesday 4:30 pm and her sim is still deactivated. Every one I have spoken to that did business with autopage in the past have all had problems when ending thier contracts, some much worse than ours. This seems to be the norm with autopage. Me or anyone I know will never be supporting autopage again. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to stay in business.
