NOBODY TO SPEAK TO

Hi... I have been on mtn data contract for last two years. Contract has now come to an end and i wouuld like to cancel. I call the branch where I took out the contract, they say can only cancel with call centre. So I have been trying call centre for last week... when you get to option of speaking to cunsultant... you get cut-off. So i call the mtn Fordsburg branch again. he gives me another number. So i call get though to someone who cannot help... He tries to connect me to cancellations depatrment. So I hold and hold and hold... How do you cancel contract... can't speak to branch, can't get connected to call centre. What to do...
