Still waiting for a return call

On the 01/03/2013 my vehicle was, I reported it on the 04/03/2013 and handed all documentation and spare keys on the same day. Every monday since I have phoned the call centre to find out what is happening if there is any progress and every time I get told they are waiting for the police they will get the cosultant busy with my claim to call me back, and I am yet to recieve a call from them. I understand that it takes a while for the police paperwork but 1 call a week or even one follow up call to say we are still busy we havent forgotten about you would be appreciated.
