I need assistance with a legal issue, send a email to the client service was replied i will recieve a call within 72 hours iam very happy for that, cause i really need help. Get a call this morning from the number 2710 001 1040 at 11:10.I requested a call back at 13:30 cause iam on lunch that time and cant take calls at work. Iam told by your call centre agent she will be busy with her ADMIN at that time there is a time frame for them to call customers. I also work in an Outbound centre and when a customer has a request for a certian i must call the customer back that time. She then tells me she will call me early in the morning this lady just does not understand iam at work no calls allowed. SO PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO CAUSE I NEED HELP.IF I CANT GET CALL BACKS AT MY REQUESTED TIME CAUSE YOUR AGENTS ARE TO BUSY.
