I have been trying since Wednesday, 27 March 2013 to have my internet modem activated, and today I have been on hold with the call centre for one hour this morning, and another 45 minutes this afternoon. I understand that the call centre is busy, but judging from the number of complaints on this web site alone, maybe more call centre agents should be appointed? My time is also valuable, and I do not have two hours a day to wait for a call centre agents to become available. In the meantime, I am loosing out on a service that I am charged for. I just need 5 minutes from one of the agents in the technical department or the call centre, but am not waisting my time phoning again. I will now wait for your call.
