Still no speed downloading and 2mbps line inactive

Good day

I've signed a contract for a 2mbps uncapped adsl line, almost 2 weeks later I still only have a 1mbps line, were I'm getting charge for a 2mb line, unacceptable.

i get poor service as even I've phoned many times, still no activation.

also complaint at technical service that i only get a max of 230kbps download speed on a 1 mbps line, which is very slow and not what i agreed on. and still nothing improved.

when i signed, i asked the sales consultant that im doing gaming ect and need atleast 1.5mbps download speed, and she explained that the 2mbps line will work great. 230kbps is far from great and not part of the agreement.

i cant find why i should pay for a 2mbps line until the issue is resolved!!!
