I went into the Telkom Direct store and cancelled my account 3 months ago but I'm still being billed. I've tried to call the customer services but have been on hold for hours and no one picks up the cancellations line. And the account queries line are unable to assist with cancellations. I wanted to connect with Telkom / Telkom Mobile at my new residence but not if this is the type of service I receive...
