Line not sync on a 2mbps speed, still on 1mbps

Good Day

the line has finally been activated on a 2mbps line, but the line is still synchronising on a 1mbps speed.

i phoned a couple off time to sort it out and no luck, can you help that my line speed be upgraded to 2mbps speed as it should be and not sync on a 1mbps speed?
