Incorrect billing twice

Hi,

I am really upset with the service i am receiving from telkom mobile, recently took up the special for the 10 10 data package deal. Terms was that i renew my contract to another 24 months to get the special at this rate. Sifiso Madondo was one who initiated this and confirmed my billing fee on email of R199.00. Effective the 25th of October was billied R299.00. Called in and was advised by Tshepo Makaga that i can reverse the debit and do a manual payment of R199.00. I did just that and today my account has been debited with R399.00 and i am told i owe R100 as i only made payment R199.00 where as my account is supposed to be R199.00 and why they debiting me on the 15th.

I am really getting tired of this, Telkom mobile is breaching they part of they contract and i am not happy about this, i have been a client for 2 going to 3 years now. Called this morning and was told they would sort it out in 7 days, not good enough, i have things i have to pay with this money and make sure my child goes to school. The reference given is:7128701. I need my money reversed and not credited and this account billing fixed
