PUBLIC PHONES JUST MONEY!

I would just like to know, why it is, that Telkom public telephones, almost without fail are able to accept your money, but will always not work!

I was tryign to get ahold of a friend of mine as my cellphone battery had died, and used 3 different TELKOM public phones, which as soon as the line would ring, it would say "handset faultly" and hang up, swallow your money and that is that.

This is not surprising, or new, or uncommon when it comes to TELKOM phones. And that is. Constantly taking peoples money and not delivering any service at all!
