8ta just don't want to debit me

I have 3 contacts all linked to 1 account but telkom fails to debit my account. Then with out notice suspends my accounts.
5 months in a row I've had to deal with this rubbish, them I have to go through the hassle of doing a manual eft.
What the is going on.
Telkom Mobile is by far the worst network in SA, they don't even know how to debit people, and they have my account details and authorization, but come the last day of the month nothing happens. Then surprise, suspended lines.
