Pathetic service. I have two contracts under Vodacom and one phone which is insured I took on behalf on my sister. The phone got on the day she was writing one of her exam papers. I did all that was required for me to do, like blacklisting the phone, opening a case with the police. I got the best service when I claimed from the Vodacom Cellsure department as it was approve in less tha 24hrs as promised. To cut the long story short on the 28/11/2013 I phoned the Vodacom in Cresta to make arrangements that my claim on my insurance was approved and that's I worked like 10 mins from Cresta I need that when I get there I should not have to wait for more that 10 mins as I needed to drive back to my work place. What happened was shocking. I did advise them that they need to have everything ready for me to just sign and explain a few facts, GUESS what I had to wait for 20 mins with no phone with me. I dot to the store asked for the person that I made arrangements with and was told that he was out and they would have to call him back. I had to act to get their attention l meanwhile the guy was not outside the store but assisting another customer. It's simple whey could
