WORST SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE: VODACOM

I just want to cancel my Vodacom contract and number that I've had for 10yrs. OMGoddness. Vodacom Cresta (Vodacom Repairs) the staff is appalling, the service is diabolical An Epic Disaster. I have a contract with Vodacom SA, and my phone is insured by them 2.When my camera stopped working I took it in for repairs and that is when the guy assisting me advised that it was water damaged. So I claimed, since I'm insured. They took my phone and they said they need to verify with technicians if indeed its water damaged. I don't have a 2nd phone and they refused to give me " loan phone" so I was without a phone for a period of 48hrs. When I returned to collect my phone 48hrs later, I was told i still need to cover the technician fee. Excess should cover all cost that is why I'm insured. Any-who the claim was processed and was informed the phone i wanted (9720) is out of stock & should return the next day as they will collect it from Clearwater. I go there the next day, & yes you guessed it, No phone. I'm livid and I will not stay with Vodacom any longer. Ke sharp.
