Debonairs Pizza
Pathetic service

I called through to debonairs in Mt edgecombe and placed an order for collection. The manager by the name of Zak took my order and told me that the order will be ready in 20 mins. I informed him that I had a restless child with me and that I could not wait when I arrived. He assured me that it would not be the case and I could just come in pay and collect the pizza. I arrived at the store 20 mins later only to be informed by the cashier that the pizza was not ready and still being made. she said I had to wait about 10-15 mins for it to be ready. I was so angry & asked for Zak, to which I was told he was " not in the "store". I called his cell no which I found on the receipt and to my amazement he was at the back of the store. He assured me that he wid get to the bottom of it, but did nothing. After waiting another 30 mins I was given my pizza. Zak never even came and spoke to me or apologized. I left the store angry and upset. Such a big brand with such pathetic service. Is this how Debonairs is training their staff. This is not the first time I had such bad service at this store. I complained so many times but didn't even get a call back or an apology. I will never visit this store again.
