Fed up with my network

Today I got an sms from vodacom saying:
Vodacom gifted you 100MB from 19:00-19:59 to use on 23/11.Send 1 to 1234 to get your gift. R0.50/SMS.T&Cs [URL Removed]
So I sent the message and got back:
U have 100MB from 19:00-19:59 to use on 23/11.U've been entered into Vodacom Millionaires. To gift SMS a cell no to 1234. R0.50/SMS.T&Cs [URL Removed]
It worked for browsing not downloading, phoned customer care, they told me to switch off my phone for a Minimum of 5 mins so I did so for 10 mins... still not working been trying since 19h00 its now 19h48 and I have 11 mins left to use it... needless to say I'm beyond irritated!
