Why is it that if I call your call center for an upgrade on the phone I am forced to wait 3-7 working days for my delivery.
Yet if I use the Internet I can get same day/next day delivery?
And if I walk into your service center at Vodaworld, 500m from my office I can instantly get my device?

Why are those people that use the call center prejudiced against?
And why was this finer detail not explained in detail to me when placing my order. If it was explained that there was a faster option, I would have chosen that.
I was led to believe by the call center that there was a possibility of same day service.
