I placed an order with Groupon over 2 months ago. I have consistently asked for updates around my delivery since and nothing has been done about it. Instead the call center keeps promising to get back to me with no luck. This is now the third order with the same turnaround time and inconsistency in the call center. The last few times I've called the call center raps have dropped the phone on me. I'd appreciate either a refund straight into my bank account or what I ordered and Groupon will not hear from me again.
