On 18 October I have logged a complaint regarding misleading sale. This was sorted out after the manager contacted me. I agreed that I will pay the following cost as per email:
Monthly cost R79.00
CLI R9.5

On Monday I have checked on MY VODACOM online my invoice and I'm going to be charged:
Vodacom 4 less R99.00

I have NEVER agreed to the R99.00. Why is this NOT sorted out? Will you please correct this as soon as possible?
