CHARGE FOR ANOTHER MONTH AND FOR UNCAPPED HOSTING

I tried to cancel my MWEB uncapped service, I thought by doing so early in the month would be sufficient, I cancelled online on 3rd of the month, MWEB called on the 5th and then I was told I had to fill in a cancellation form, strange that one can make a phone call and be instantly subscribed but to cancel one needs to now fill in a form and fax it.

They refused to waiver their ridiculous 1 month calendar notice, you would think they would want my repeat business when I return to needing internet access, but it appears not,

Furthermore, I now see a charge for uncapped hosting or something, which I neither want or subscribed to.

I am at the point now of getting all my friends and family who also use MWEB (some at my recommendation) to terminate their accounts and go elsewhere, so for this stupid and petty policy to try and extract 199 rand they will lose several thousands of rands, not a good policy it appears. My email list that I normally send out tips and suggestions to hundreds of my clients and associates will also be informed should this amount be billed.
