Run around due to call center neglect

My wife, Elmain Pienaar, was due for an upgrade, We went to the Cresta branch and we started the upgrade process, but was told we had to wait due to stock issues (Note II). They promised us that we will get the phone within a day or two (Saturday). Friday (6 days and numeroue calls from our side) got a call from the call center and they said she can order the phone from them and receive it within a couple of days. So she accepted on R400 top up. Tuesday received the phone and was excited. The note = microsim and so did a sim swap the next day (or so she thought) the guy that helped her at the Craighall branch didn't do anything. Went Thursday and someone else did the swap. 16:00 Thursday her old sim stopped working and so she though the swap was done, alas NO sim was working now. Friday Phoned the center they said the phone might be faulty and she needed to go to a care centre. After going there they informed her that LTE top up = no work!!! and told her that she needs to call the call centre AGAIN but they are not open over w/ends and after 4! But yet the call center guy sold her the deal!! She has been driving up and down the entire TWO weeks AND STILL HAS NO working PHONE!
